Mauricio is the Director of Manufacturing at Strand Therapeutics. He is an experienced leader recognized for building and leading operational teams from pre-clinical development through Phase 3/commercial manufacturing. He has over 15+ years’ experience in all aspects of CMC Operations and over 25+ years in the pharmaceutical industry. Mauricio has led numerous strategic sourcing tech transfer activities resulting in the success of multiple commercial programs as well as implemented systems to drive optimization and efficiency within the company portfolios ensuring that key timelines and milestones are achieved. He is focused on establishing and improving relationships both internally and externally to emphasize quality performance, while reducing timelines and costs. Mauricio possesses extensive technical, operational, quality, and regulatory knowledge within biologics and GMP manufacturing.
